Booking made easy

WhatsApp booking that starts where your customers already are.

AsaanBook is an appointment booking system for clinics, salons, dentists and consultants in Pakistan. It answers your WhatsApp, offers the slots you actually have free, and writes the booking into your diary — in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, at twenty to midnight, without you.

What this fixes

The bookings you lose are the ones you never see.

Three things happen in every small business that takes appointments by phone and message. None of them show up in your diary.

The message arrives at 11:40pm

You read it at nine the next morning. By then they have messaged somebody else, and that somebody else replied first.

Two people, one three o'clock

A paper diary cannot refuse a second booking, and neither can a WhatsApp thread. You find out when both of them arrive.

Nobody records who gave up

Twelve people asked and four booked. Your diary shows four appointments and looks exactly like a week where only four people asked.

How it works

A booking is a conversation. So we made the conversation do the booking.

No app to download, no link to tap, no form. Your customer sends a message to the same number they would have messaged anyway.

  1. They message your number

Anything at all — "salaam", "appointment", a voice-less two-word request. Whatever arrives, AsaanBook asks the only question that matters first: do you actually want an appointment?

Answering "No" produces total silence. Someone saying salaam to a cousin should not be dragged through a booking form.

  2. It replies in their language

The opening message offers only the languages you have switched on. Whichever number they send sets the language for the rest of the conversation.

Turn Urdu off and the numbering follows: "No" becomes option 2, not option 4. Nothing is hardcoded.

  3. It offers the slots you really have

Dates first, then times. The list is built from your opening hours, your slot length, your days off and the appointments already in the book — read at the moment they ask, not from a cached copy.

A slot inside a lunch break, a blocked afternoon, or thirty minutes from now is never offered.

  4. It takes a name and confirms the number

The number they are messaging from is offered as the default, because it is almost always right. They can give a different one — for a parent booking for a child, say.

Numbers are stored in full international form, so "0300 1234567" and "+92 300 1234567" are always the same person.

  5. It writes the booking and hands back a code

A short reference like BK-7F3K — the alphabet leaves out every pair a person could confuse, so no 0 against O and no 1 against I.

The appointment appears in your diary the instant it is written. There is no sync, no delay, and no second copy to go stale.

  6. It reminds them the day before

One message, the day before, with the time and the address. If they cannot come they reply cancel — and the slot goes straight back into circulation.

A cancelled appointment is never deleted. It stays in the record, marked cancelled, with who cancelled it and when.

Three languages

Written the way your customers actually type.

Most people here do not type Urdu in Urdu script on a phone — they type it in Roman letters. So Roman Urdu is a first-class language, not a transliteration bolted on afterwards.

English

Do you want to book an appointment?

اردو  ·  Urdu script

کیا آپ اپائنٹمنٹ بک کرنا چاہتے ہیں؟

Roman Urdu

Kya aap appointment book karna chahte hain?

Tick the ones you want. A dental surgery in Lahore keeps all three; a firm in London keeps English only and its customers never see a word of anything else.

Your diary

The number no other booking system will show you.

Everyone counts bookings. AsaanBook also counts the people who opened a conversation and never finished one — the enquiries you would otherwise have no way of knowing existed.

  • Today, at a glance. A time grid for the day with every name, number and reason on it. Tap a free slot to add a walk-in; tap a booked one to move, cancel or mark it done.
  • Your phone can buzz. A notification the second a booking lands, without keeping the diary open. Switch it on per device in your settings — your phone, your laptop, or both.
  • And your inbox, if you want it. Every booking, cancellation and change can be emailed as well, from WhatsApp or your website alike. The whole thing sits in the subject line, so you can read it off a lock screen. Up to five addresses.
  • The week, as density. Seven columns, so you can see where the quiet afternoons are before you promise one to somebody.
  • Time off, honoured everywhere. Block a lunch hour, an afternoon or a fortnight. If bookings already sit inside the block you are shown exactly which ones, before anything is decided.
  • Your rules, your settings. Opening and closing time, slot length, working days, how far ahead people may book, your fees. Change them and the next conversation follows the new rules — without disturbing a single appointment already made.

Your website too

Two lines on your own site, and the bookings land in the same diary.

Paste them anywhere on the page. No account for your web developer to create, no key to keep secret, no build step.

It takes your fonts and your colours from the page it sits on, so it looks like part of your site rather than a widget dropped into it. And a booking made there is the same booking, in the same diary, subject to the same rules as one made on WhatsApp.

Optional: add a service list, point it at a different diary, or take the AsaanBook credit line off.

Why you can leave it alone

It will not double-book you. Not once.

The slot list on anyone's screen is always slightly out of date — a minute passes while they decide, and in that minute somebody else can take it. So the free slot is checked again at the moment of writing, with the row locked, and the database itself refuses a second confirmed booking on the same slot. Two guards, and only one of them is code we wrote.

You can always overrule it

Every rule it enforces on customers, you can break: book outside your hours, squeeze someone into a blocked afternoon, deliberately put two people in one slot. It is your business. The software does not get a vote.

Nothing is ever quietly deleted

Cancellations are marked, not removed. Every change records who made it, when, and from which screen — so "who cancelled this?" has an answer.

Pause it whenever you like

One switch stops every automated message — no replies, no reminders, nothing. Useful over Eid, and useful the week you would rather answer the phone yourself.

Who it is for

Anything sold as an appointment.

Nothing about your business is written into the software. Your hours, your working days, your slot length and your fees are settings — which is why a thirty-minute dental slot and a ninety-minute legal consultation are the same product with different numbers in it.

Pricing

Rs 2,000 a month. The first month is free.

One price, every feature, however many bookings you take. Nothing is locked behind a bigger plan and there is no charge per appointment — a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Monthly

Rs 2,000 / month

Paid month to month. Stop whenever you like.

Your first month is free on either plan, so you can watch it take real bookings before you pay anything.

Every account includes

  • Your own WhatsApp number, connected by scanning one code
  • All three languages, on or off as you please
  • The day and week diary, on your phone and your desktop
  • The booking widget for your own website
  • Reminders the day before, and unlimited appointments
  • A notification on your phone, and bookings by email — both optional
  • Setup, your hours and fees put in, and support by WhatsApp

Setting up costs nothing

We create your account, put in your hours and fees, connect your number and sit with you through the first few bookings. Most businesses are taking real appointments the same day, and that first month is on us.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do my customers have to install anything?

No. They send a WhatsApp message, the way they already do. There is nothing to download, no link to open and no account to make — which is the entire point.

Is it my WhatsApp number or yours?

Yours. You connect your own number by scanning a code in your settings, exactly like WhatsApp Web. Your customers see the number they already have saved.

Can I still take bookings by hand?

Yes, and you always should be able to. Walk-ins, phone calls and regulars you squeeze in go straight into the same diary in a couple of taps — and those take priority over anything the rules would otherwise allow.

What if someone messages about something that is not a booking?

The first question is always whether they want an appointment at all. If they say no, the bot says nothing further and leaves the conversation to you. It never interrupts a thread it was not invited into.

Who can see my customers' details?

You and whoever you give a login to. Each business is walled off from every other one — your diary, your settings and your statistics are reachable only from your own account. The public booking pages can create an appointment and nothing else; they cannot read a diary.

What happens to my bookings if I stop?

They are yours. Ask and we will export every appointment and contact you have, in a spreadsheet, and delete our copy.

How do customers book an appointment on WhatsApp?

They message your own WhatsApp number. The assistant asks whether they want an appointment, offers the dates and times you genuinely have free, takes their name and number, and confirms. The whole booking is replying with numbers.

Can the booking assistant reply in Urdu?

Yes — English, Urdu script and Roman Urdu. You choose which of the three your business offers, and the customer picks from only those on their first message. Every message after that, including the reminder the day before, is written in the language they chose.

How much does a WhatsApp booking system cost in Pakistan?

Rs 2,000 a month, or Rs 1,500 a month paid yearly — nine months' money for twelve months' service. The first month is free and setup costs nothing. There is no charge per appointment, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Can two customers book the same appointment slot?

No. The slot is checked again at the moment the booking is written, and the database itself refuses a second booking for a slot already taken. Two people messaging at the same second cannot both get three o'clock.

Does it work with my existing website?

Yes. Two lines of code put a booking form on your own site, and those bookings land in the same diary as the WhatsApp ones. You can use either, or both.

Do I need a separate SIM or phone number?

We recommend a dedicated number for the business rather than a personal one. You link it once by scanning a code, and it keeps working after that without the phone needing to stay online.

What kinds of businesses is it for?

Anyone who books appointments by message: dental and medical clinics, salons and barbers, physiotherapists, tutors, consultants and law firms. There is more detail on booking for clinics, for salons and barbers, and for consultants and law firms.

Tell us your hours. We will do the rest.

Send us your opening times, your working days and how long an appointment takes. We will set your account up, connect your number and walk you through the first booking ourselves.
