For consultants and law firms

Consultations booked by message, without giving up your calendar.

When your time is billable, an admin hour is an expensive hour. AsaanBook takes consultation bookings on your own WhatsApp number and puts them straight into a diary you control — with minimum notice enforced, so nobody books you for twenty minutes from now.

The back-and-forth that costs you the most

A consultation booking usually takes four messages: what times do you have, is Thursday free, actually can we do Friday, confirmed. Multiply by every enquiry and it is a meaningful part of a week — spent on scheduling rather than on work you can bill.

The assistant does the whole exchange. It offers only what is genuinely free, takes a name and number, confirms, and hands back a booking reference. You see a finished appointment rather than a conversation to finish.

Rules that protect your diary

  • Minimum notice. Set it to an hour or a day, and nobody books you for the meeting that starts in twenty minutes.
  • How far ahead people may book. Keep next quarter free until you are ready to open it.
  • Consultation length and buffers. A thirty-minute call and a two-hour case review are different settings, not different systems.
  • Court days and travel, blocked. Mark the time unavailable and nothing can be booked inside it.

Two clients cannot take the same hour

The slot is checked again as the booking is written, and the database refuses a second confirmed booking for a slot already taken. For a practice where a double-booked consultation means turning a client away at the door, that guarantee is worth more than any feature.

Your website takes bookings too

Two lines of code put a booking form on your own site, and those bookings land in the same diary as the WhatsApp ones. Clients who found you through your website book there; clients who have your number book by message. Both fill the same calendar, and neither can overbook the other.

Every booking in your inbox

Bookings, cancellations and changes can be emailed to up to five addresses — so a partner, an assistant and a shared office inbox all see the same thing. The subject line carries the whole booking, which means you can read it off a lock screen without opening anything.

English, Urdu, or both

You choose which languages your practice offers. A firm serving English-speaking clients can offer English alone and never mention the others; one serving a mixed clientele can offer all three and let each client pick.
